April Frag Swap 4/11/15

DFWMAS is proud to announce that we will be holding our Fall frag swap Saturday, April 11th, 2015 from noon until 3:00pm at the St. Barnabas Presbyterian Church in Richardson, TX.

11:00 AM-Noon Seller setup
Noon-12:30 PM Open to Members only
12:30 PM-3:00 PM Open to all
3:00 PM-4:00 PM Raffle and clean-up

Buyers:
The event is FREE to ALL MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS as buyers. If you own or manage a website, a store, or work with someone that runs a store/site, you must be registered as a SPONSOR to attend.

Things for Buyers to remember to bring:
-Insulated container for your corals
-Money
-Corals you’d like to trade
-Pick up some dip for the corals you take home.

Sellers:
Space for sellers is limited so please post if you plan to be there as a seller. There is NO CHARGE for a table at the event for Premium Members, and Sponsors that would like to sell. It is $20 for a non-member individual to sell, and $50 for a non-sponsor businesses. The only thing we ask is that all sellers donate a nice frag to be raffled.

Post here if you want to reserve a table to sell. Remember you can also bring dry goods that you are no longer needing and want to share (for a price or not) with others at the event. As usual, all sellers are responsible for bringing their own water, supplies, power cords, and cleaning up their table before departure.

Things for Sellers to remember to bring:
Towels to clean up your area.
Extension cords, power strips, tape, zip ties, etc. required to set up your area.
Pumps, tubing, containers to both fill and drain your display tanks (if you are using them).
Bags, rubber bands, markers.
Cash / coin to make change with.
Pictures of the parent colonies to showcase what the coral looks like normally. (Prints, Laptop, iPad, Smartphone, Photo-Frame.)

The club/venue will provide tables.
